    2" Quad Fluid Bed
    This fluid bed is custom built to fit your needs and is very convenient to have all your cups of powder right there...to run 1,2,3 or 4 colors at one time.
    Its ran with a dual air pump
    The valves on each base lets your cups work independently of each other. Making adjustments to the air flow easy
    The 4 bases are secure on a 13" stained board with non-skid feet
    The purpose of the fluid bed is to fluidize the powder paint to give your jigs or spinner blades a thinner, more even coat of paint. This will also save time and money by using less paint. In the final curing process using a thinner coat of paint means less chances of drips forming. This lower density is what allows a consistent uniform and smooth coating.
    Our cups are 2” in diameter and 3” depth. Our fluidizing membrane is made of high density porous polyethylene 1/8” thick which is permanently glued to the cups.

    Each of the powder paints have a slightly different characteristics based on their color. And some paints will actually fluidize better than others.
