24" French Bisque Bebe by Emile Jumeau with Original Lady-shaped body Circa 1888

24" French bisque bebe by Emile Jumeau with rare original lady-shaped body. Circa 1888.
Bisque socket head, large brown glass paperweight inset eyes, dark eyeliner, painted lashes, brushstroked and feathered brows, shaded nostrils, closed mouth with outlined shaded lips, dimpled chin, pierced ears, ash-blonde Human hair wig (This wig is too small to cover the cork but other than that it fits well) over Newish cork pate, French composition and wooden fully-jointed lady body with voluptuous shaping of torso, tiny waist, included is nicely-styled silk lady's costume that I assume is not antigue though the lace used is lovely.. Marks: 7 (Theraults thought it an 11 but I think it is a 7.) and artist check-marks on head Bebe Jumeau Diplome d'Honneur (body). Jumeau, circa 1888, rare model with original body and body finish shows bruising and some rubbing.  Stringing seems recent.  I just finished packing for the shipping and it will be oversized - 30 x 8 x 8.  If eBay refunds me any of the shipping I will pass it along.

My items are used and secondary market items and not new merchandise. I will describe carefully and also give my own impression of the condition, but I am almost never an expert!
I use calculated shipping charges so that the costs are something you know when you bid, but if it happens on final packing I can ship for less cost, I will refund any charges over the actual cost.

BOOKS - Low cost Media Mail (Which I think is as precious as libraries), can sometimes take a long time! Please choose Priority Mail if you need your book more quickly.
INTERNATIONAL BUYERS - First class while being the only affordable way to ship smaller parcels, can't be tracked or found should it go astray. We can discuss this if the package is less than 4 lbs and not costly

This was a frustrating listing because when I tried to post, it failed and I needed to begin all over again, twice..  I lost some focus.  I bought the doll several years ago from Therault's.  There the body was called excellent and it may be, I think it a little dinged and rubbed so I said so in my description.  I did carefully examine the head and found no damage or restoration.  I may have forgotten to say so on my listing when I wrote it again. I ran out of image space so included only one backlit... I can send three others if needed.  I was careful because there are one or two lines from the "production" that I find are not cracks or repair.
