This item is one of the nicest dolley/hand trucks you can buy. It does convert to a 2- wheel upright dolley, a 4- wheel cart, or a 4- wheel handtruck with easy mobility. All you need is just one hand to manuever. I can't say that it is in perfect condition, cause it has been used several times by me, but I can assure you that it is still in great working condition. This item makes moving so much easier, trust me on that. It has a weight capacity of 800 lbs. so you can move large furniture with it. Also, the tires are no flats. Honestly, why pay twice as much for an item that's just going to get banged up using anyway. With the money you will be saving you can use towards something much more reasonable, like rent or utilities. The whole framework is made out of aluminum, and is very lightweight for its size. I guarantee you will definitely get your money's worth out of it. Cause when I bought it brand new like a dummy, I paid around 0 for it. So you do the math on the savings.
