ANTIQUE 19th C FRENCH SEVRES STYLE HP ORMOLU CHERUBS JARDINIERE Signed E. DABON

Description

Antique French Sevres style late 19th century hand painted jardiniere with three cherubs on the front side of the planter. The backside has a different scene with mandolin and flowers. Beautiful colors in pink, gold, turquoise, peach and greens. Gold metal ormolu rim and base with four ornate feet. Hallmark on underside in blue.  It is artist signed E. Dabon.
The jardiniere measures 7 inches by 11 inches wide. The height is 5 1/2 inches.
Very good antique condition. No chips, cracks or repairs. A few scattered age spots on the inside of the jardiniere. Some of the gold gilding is worn due to age of piece. I would give this a 9 1/2 out of 10.
