Description

Antique French Jumeau Bisque Head Doll 1800's Jointed Composition Body. No cracks.  Condition is "Used".  French Bisque head doll 1800s. 31 inches tall.  Composition Body ball jointed.  Dress appears original.  Original Jumaeu spring head attachment.  Extremely rare.   Unmarked head, but Part of Jumeau sticker still attached to butt.  Earrings are beautiful.  A little bit of tape residue from where the pate has been secured over the years (cannot be seen when wig is put on; see photos).  Underwear, socks and shoes are great.  Tiny ear chip where earring connects.  Hands have been repaired and repainted.  Eyes were reset but done very well.  Missing quart pate.  Wig is high end synthetic.  Old repair to leg.  Original clothes are in pretty good shape but there are a few tiny stains; under-dress has lost some buttons and safety clips have been used to keep the attachments together.
