Antique French Poupee fashion bisque porcelain doll #4 17"

Description

Selling my antique French Fashion poupee doll. She is from the mid 1800's. She stands 17" high. Her head and breastplate are bisque. Her breastplate has been repaired. Her head articulates and has pierced ears and is made in the fashion of Jumeau and Bru. Her head and breastplate most likely originated in Germany. H er mouth is closed and her glass eyes are blue.  her facial features are all hand painted, lashes and feathered brows. She is unmarked other that the number 4 on her neck. Her hair is attached and is human. Her body is kid leather and in wonderful condition for her age. Her clothes are not original but layered in the fashion of her original clothing. Bloomers, chemise, slip, hoop, skirt and jacket. Non smoking home. Shipping to 48 contiguous states only.  Insurance required.
