Antique Jumeau French Fashion Doll with Original Pate, No Clothing

Offered for sale is an antique bisque French Fashion doll. It is 16 1/2 inches tall on an all leather body. The body is gusseted at the hips and knees. The head is nicely painted with full eyebrows and lashes. The painting is very symmetrical. The ears are pierced. It has its original dark blue glass eyes. The doll is only marked with a 6 and some red brush marks on the back of its head. The head is perfect except for one small chip on the rim on the back of the head. The body is in excellent condition with all of its fingers. The body is firm with no leakage. It does have age spots and overall soiling.
This is a great doll for those that like to sew because the body has stayed in its original shape.
