Antique Skookum Papoose With Board

Description

This little Antique Skookum Papoose is 3 1/2" long and about 1 1/2" wide. The board is 3 3/4" X 1 3/4".
The baby's paint is clear and bright for the eyes, eyebrows and brick red lips.
There is plenty of hair; however, the hair and headband are carelessly arranged in the back as the back of the baby would not be noticed when against the board. The board has a blue streak, and the edges are slightly separated and ruffled near the top as seen in the photos. There is staining near the top of the wrapping on the papoose which we did not attempt to clean.
