here is a vintage 7 1/2" tall hand painted Marked "ORIGINAL KING 5" ceramic beer stein mug with the BERLIN COAT OF ARMS on front in raised relief. upper portion of mug is the outline of a castle and the sides of crest have beautiful scroll work in teal blue. the sides of mug have large raised relief oak leaves and acorns with gold brush highlights. mug weighs 2 pounds and is 7 1/2" tall x 3 3/8" across bottom base and 2 3/4" across top opening. rich vivid color and detail are excellent. never used except for display. no chips or cracks to mug except for a very tiny barely visible flea bite nip to upper crest outline as shown in last picture with pen pointing to it. please view all pics and read full item condition.
