    The Blue Star Service Flag is designed for mothers who have children serving in the military. Blue Star Mothers of America was formed during WWII as a support group for those with children in the military. Their goals have included but are not limited to bringing their children home, assisting other families with loved ones in the military, and supporting each other if a loved one is lost. The design of the Blue Star Flag was created by Army Captain Robert Queissner during WWI, as he had two sons fighting on the front lines. Use this magnet to show others that you have children in the military and that you are proud of their service.
