CURTA Calculator Type I - 1952

Description

This is a nice early example of the Type I CURTA made in December of 1952.
SN 20159.
My late father was the original purchaser.
He used it for his work at the U.S. Atomic Energy Commission.
He engraved a personal ID number on the bottom, which I have obscured with a burr (see photo).
Other than that, it is in excellent condition, including the white flexible gasket on the case.
I will include a little wooden box that my father made for it.
I will insure and ship this item FREE to the lower 48.
