This Disney Employee Center pin celebrates the 30th Anniversary of "The Little Mermaid". It features Ariel & Eric sitting in a boat, with Sebastian (Pin-on-pin) looking on singing "Kiss the Girl". Flounder is beside the boat shooting up water like a fountain. It is all framed by a silver shell shaped edging. At the top is a small silver shell with 30th etched into it.
Pin comes on original backing card & plastic wrap. .
