Absolutely fabulous
Vintage French faience Rabbit
Standing rabbit with violin is in remarkable condition.
No cracks or repairs.
White tin glaze rabbit wears a green jacket with cream color shirt & raspberry color bow-tie. Glass eyes.
He once held a long wood bow in his hand which unfortunately has been lost. I have placed a wooden skewer there which works, but new owner may want to find a better stick.
Embossed into red terracotta underside is the Hilot Signature, initials H.I and the word, France within a diamond.
Rabbit measures approx. 17” tall to tip of ear
