    French Terra Cotta Pottery Cheese Pot, Cheese Strainer.
    Cheese pots were used to make soft cheese the French are so well
    known for.  They have small holes in the bottoms & sides to drain the liquid.
    Mostly unglazed.  Perfect for holding kitchen odds & ends, as a soap dish,
    tea light candles, etc.
    No chips or cracks.
    Found in a farmhouse in France.
