4th of July special......This is a barefoot Kestner all bisque black doll. She was purchased through Theriaults which has the best quality dolls you could find.  She is all original and in excellent condition.  Original mohair wig a bit sparse....glass eyes, peg jointed and kid lined.  She is beautiful!  Marked on the back of her head with a 0.  She is German for the French Market.  If you are looking for an exquisite RARE and HTF Mignonette ...this is the one.
6" (15 cm.) Blk bisque swivel head on kid-edged bisque torso,brown glass inset eyes,black painted lashes and brows,closed mouth with coral lips,black fleecy wig,peg-jointed brown bisque arms and legs,bare feet,antique costume. Condition: chip and reglue at top of back torso. Marks: 0 (head and torso). Comments: Kestner,circa 1885. Value Points: rare model with beautiful bisque and complexion,bare feet.
