- 38" wide - The spiked pole at the top measures 49.5"
As you can see from the pictures; There are holes in this banner (a majority of them on the lower parts). Please review pictures to see the holes and locations. The bottom portion of this banner is damaged from water type staining (
does not
smell musty at all). The tassels are in good shape. The material is faded and you can see the stark difference in color from the pictures of the front of the banner compared to the back (darker blue).  The material is a silky type similar to other banners from that Era. There are a couple of small tears on some edges, but not bad.
Overall, a wonderfully intact historically significant piece from the WWII Era.
