    Description

    midcentury african striped wooden 2 elephant statues/bookends. Condition is "Used"These detailed dark wood with brownish striping weigh approximately 3 pounds each. They are carved to accentuate the vertebrae on the top of the back and finely detailed ridges where the legs and bodice meet. They are both missing their tusks and one is missing 5 of the bone hooves. There are multiple blemishes,scratches,and cracks. I have included pictures of all the sides. They stand about 6 inches high at the top of the ears, approximately 6 and 1/2 inches long, one is slightly longer at 6 and 3/4 inches long,by just under 4 inches wide.
