Showa main barrel (Honsugi barrel) NO, 40 Kiso sent by skilled barrel craftsmen.
This product is sold only in barrels (with outer and inner lids). Contents products are not included.
It's delicious because it is made with a wooden mallet that has been carefully selected.
A good environment for miso is a state in which oxygen and moisture are sufficient, which allows protein and sugar to grow.
This product is fermented and matured in the main barrel to give moderate oxygen to the inside of the miso, always allowing the miso yeast to grow naturally in the wooden barrel, and to enjoy a stable, delicious miso for many years when charged again can!
■ Since the Showa main barrel is handmade one by one, it will change even with the madness of the tree and the state of moisture at that time.
In order to reduce liquid leakage after preparation, we use food glue on the side of the barrel and the bottom of the barrel.
Please rest assured that this “Food-Compatible Nori” will be used and washed several times.
