Old Paris Porcelain Antique Painted Floral Pink & Gold Pedistal Handled Dish

You are bidding on an antique pedestal serving dish from the estate of a very reputable Tennessee Antiques dealer that has been in storage since the 1980's.
Measures 8" across and 4 1/2" tall. There is no wear to the hand panted flowers and minimal to the gold trim and no chips or cracks that I can find. It looks like there has been a professional repair to the pedestal.  The base ia not totally flat and wobbles a little.  It could be fixed with a small felt pad.  It should have a 5 1/2" lid and I may have sold it earlier.
Please look at the pictures and ask any reasonable questions you may have as there are no returns for this item.
