OLD PARIS PORCELAIN FRANCE SET OF SIX 9 1/2" DINNER PLATES W/ HP ROSES CA. 1850

Up for auction is this stunning and unique antique Old Paris Porcelain set of six 9 1/4 inch diameter dinner plates.  The The plates are highlighted by the multi colored multi floral groupings, dominated by pink roses, throughout.  There is also a small floral grouping in the center.  The outer circumferences have heavy gold painted Art Nouveau inspired designs.  Edges are also trimmed in heavy gold.  All gold and flowers are hand painted.  The outer circumference flowers and handle have raised textures.  This is part of a large Old Paris Porcelain collection from an Estate in Hunterdon County, New Jersey, USA we are and will be selling over the next few weeks.  The previous owners wish to remain anonymous.  We estimate the age of these pieces to be from the early to mid 19th century, circa 1850.  No markings which is common and expected with Old Paris Porcelain.  Some plates have impressed numbers, also common with Old Paris Porcelain.  In excellent condition with just minor wear to gold (this is quite minor, commensurate with the antique age and use of the set and only mentioned for complete accuracy!!).  No chips, cracks or crazing!  A great set in nice shape offered with NO RESERVE!!
