These are not cheap homemade parts, rather  NEW Old Stock from salvage and have been manufactured for installation in a new guitar.

When your ready to upgrade your guitar with some new pickups- Replacement pickups usually do not come with connectors, but rather bare wires for the end user to solder to his/her setup.
With these connectors,  you can connect directly to the stock connector on the Connector Circuit board in the guitar, making perfect connections. This way you can still swap out the pickups if you want to try out different combinations of pickups.
These connectors will fit Gibson guitars using the 2 pin connector type found on the newer models-this can be used to update vintage pickup with a modern connector.

Gibson Quick-Connectors come in 2-pin and 3-pin
and they are NOT interchangeable. These come with a full 21" of metal shielded wire with cloth pullback-just like back in the day.  Dont get fooled by the overpriced pigtail version (4" long) , ours has a full length (almost 2 feet ) of wire.
