    Description

You're bidding on a set of 7 antique stereoview cards - six depicting action during the Philippine-American war, plus one depicting the famous Spanish-American War Battle of Manila Bay.
The cards mainly depict US troops in camp and in action, firing or advancing on Filipino positions while occupying the Philippines in the wake of the defeat of Spain in the Spanish American War. Five of the cards are published by Underwood & Underwood, with a sixth published by the American Stereoscopic Company. All published 1899. The naval battle, published by the Sterro-Photo Co., is undated but period, and a kind of cool illustrated and hand colored scene. A couple of the cards do exhibit some foxing/spotting, but overall generally clean and appealing.
Please review photos carefully to make your own determination of overall condition and appeal, and don't hesitate to ask any questions prior to bidding - thanks for looking!
