We usually ship within 48 hours after purchase, this doesn't include holidays or weekends (Fri-Sun).  Most of our items ship USPS (First Class or Priority), however anything larger or heavier may ship UPS Ground
Anything over two hundred will automatically have a Signature Confirmation, and Insurance for liability reasons. If you would like to opt out of Signature Confirmation, please tell us before we send out your item. You'll have about one business day until we ship.
Bicycles are sent to a local shop to be dismantled and boxed up, so expect a few extra days handling time before it ships out UPS.
Make sure you provide the correct address with your payment! Due to liability reasons, we CAN'T change an address manually after payment.
