Additional Shipping Information:
This item ships via motor freight and must be delivered to a commercial address in which someone will be present during daytime business hours(Monday-Friday 8am to 5pm) to receive/unload the truck.  If someone is not present at all times during daytime business hours, the shipping company charges an additional for a delivery appointment.   The shipping company also offers services such as lift gate service & inside delivery additional charges.  *Please note:  we do not ship to residential addresses.
After purchase:  Please contact us with the daytime contact person & phone number, business name, and the commercial address to which the items are to be delivered.
