Up for auction is the very rare vintage electric Brisker Dry Food Crisper.
Model 679.
Keeps food warm.
Keeps food from humidity which will keep food products dry and thus the food will last much longer.
We tested the unit and it works great.
These units are so quiet that you might think that the unit does not work.
This is how these products were made.
Cosmetically the unit is in very good condition overall.
No damage to it.
Still shiny.
This particular petite model was not made in large numbers and to find one today is nearly impossible.
Since the unit is small in size it makes it very convenient to have it sit on the counter to help store the foods such as bread product and cereal from spoiling after only a few days.
Uses very little electricity.

Can use a very light cleaning.
