Used. Comes in non-original packaging.  It has scuffs and scratches from normal use.
Notes:
When power was applied, this item ran very smoothly.  We raised and lowered it easily with no problems.  The top swivels 360° at 90° lockable increments.  It comes equipped with a used battery.  We do not know the status of it, though it took a full charge and is holding it.  The original solenoid was bad so we replaced it with a new one.  One of the casters has a chip taken out of it, as seen in the picture.  No further testing was performed. No manuals, cords/cables, or additional items are included if not listed or shown.
