from the 1940's.  WWII era,  U.S. Army Military Academy
Dark Blue, wool~felt Banner. Gold felt Top border &
Gold print  "West Point , N.Y.".  Full Color print at center.
Banner~Pennant is in Great condition.. very well preserved
