This is a rare tailpiece that was used on some of the very highest end models in the Epiphone line.
You'll see these pop up on Casinos, Crestwoods and others...
The hinge can fold inward and flat to mount on a solidbody guitar or pop it out to mount it on a semi hollow
There is a crack to the hinge area which is very stable (pictured)
This could be soldered to ensure it will not continue to split.
There is no arm with this unit, but replacements are easy to find!
We can supply vintage mounting screws for this unit upon request.
