Vintage NIP 1984 Hot Wheels Action Command "Tank Gunner" by Mattel, Inc., Hawthorne, CA U.S.A., has moving parts, made in Malaysia, Hot Wheels Mattel, Inc. 1974 stamped on the bottom of the tank (seen in the 6th picture), For Ages Over 3, Safety Tested. Conforms to 72-76, this tank goes well with the Action Command "Sto & Go Base, NEVER OPENED package & in great shape, the plastic containing the tank is clear not yellowed, one crease across the back where the plastic is on the front (as seen in the last picture), the packaging has normal wear and aging
