Vintage French (Alsace?) Slipware Pottery Casserole marked SHP

Vintage French Slipware Pottery Casserole with Daisies.  This sweet piece measures 11" in length, 7" wide and stands 4 1/4 " tall.  It is in very good condition and actually appears never to have been used.  It has one small flea bite on the underside of the lid, which might have occurred during production, 2 glaze misses, one under each handle, and one small chip on the underside of one of the handles.  This rich deep cobalt looks like it's black but its just very very deep cobalt.  This is a beautiful piece, not terrible big, but still very functional.  Please look at all of the photos carefully and email with any questions before bidding.  Your feedback will get mine.  Thanks!
