    Description

    This is a wonderful Antique Navajo American Indian doll made by the doll maker in the likeness of herself and the people she has known. The doll wears the traditional velvet shirt and long skirt of the older Navajo women. She has the old tin decorations with beadwork on her blouse.  The blouse has a sweet little collar. Beads hang from her ears. Her great facial features are drawn on her face and framed with human hair tied back into the traditional Navajo knot. I enjoy the personality of this doll and the rich cultural Navajo history. She stands 9 1/2" tall.
