    This is a PHOTOCOPY of a 1945 Vintage Pattern to make a Doll with a Plastic Doll Face ~ and soooooo pretty. (Please note that this auction is for the doll pattern only and does not include the plastic face.) This is the only pattern I have like this and I am just thrilled to have it available. The entire doll including the head is a soft cloth body and then the plastic face (purchased separately) is attached over the cloth on the face side of the head. Her hair/wig goes over the face to hide the edges. The pattern makes a doll that stands 15-16" tall when complete, plus her Dress, Hat and Panties. I include black and white copies of the image, instructions and the complete pattern. Please email me with any questions that you have.
