Sweet vintage doll kit requires sewing, plus embroidery for facial features.  Kit includes all the materials you need to make the doll as shown, except stuffing.
No stated date.  I'd guess late 1950s/early 1960s based on the Bucilla logo style and the doll itself, but could be later.
