Vtg Stuffed Cloth Baby Doll Pattern w/ Clothes: Dress Bonnet Coat

Description

This is a PHOTOCOPY of a Vintage Mail Order Doll pattern. The pattern makes both the stuffed doll and her clothing: Dress, Bonnet and Coat. The doll's head, torso, arms and legs are all cut out of one pieces. The back of the body is different from the front and has darts in the head in order to create a rounder and fuller head shape. The doll comes with both an awake face and a sleeping face. The doll measures about 11" tall when complete. The dress is gathered to a yoke piece. It has long sleeves that are gathered at the wrists. The coat looks like the picture with long cuffed sleeves, a loosely gathered skirt and opens in the front. The bonnet, like the coat, is trimmed in lace. It consists of a flat piece surrounding the face and a round crown piece. I include a black and white copy of the instructions and the complete pattern. I have IMPROVED THE PATTERN by printing enlarged instructions for easier reading. It's just one more way that I am always thinking of the customer first here at MJs Vintage Patterns.
